Building Stamina Fast

By

Stamina is an important part of any fitness regimen. Without it, you’ll find yourself getting tired faster and having to call off your workouts early. Here are some tips on the types of exercises and fitness equipment you can use to help you increase your stamina.

But before you even think about what gym equipment to use to build stamina, think about what you do with your body. A healthy diet and at least eight hours of sleep a night will do wonders for your endurance. If you’re not getting these, you will be making a lot more work for yourself.

At the gym, you should focus on fitness equipment that helps you improve your cardio training, such as treadmills, stationary bikes, or elliptical trainers. Interval training on this gym equipment is a great way to build your stamina — alternate short periods of slower running or pedaling with longer, steady periods at a faster pace.

The Spring of Wellness

By

Wellness is a Thought Which Manifests Physically
Abraham Maslow the renowned 20th century American psychologist once said: The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental and physical wellness. That thought has been expressed in many different ways over the years, but most of us tend to ignore living in the present moment and choose to live in the past or the future. Those two mental states can inhibit wellness unless we focus on how our thoughts create what we experience physically.

Wellness is a spring that constantly flows through the channels of our minds, but we tend to block the spring, change channels, and think about illness, injury, accidents, and destruction. Those thoughts block the spring of wellness from manifesting physically. We create beliefs from those thoughts and then experience those beliefs. When we open our channels of thought in the present moment and allow the spring of wellness to flow through our minds our experiences change and so does our reality.
