How did you shape your lifestle?

yogaforestA lifestyle is the way someone lives their lives, or their own personal identity. No ones lifestyle is completely the same as another’s. Each individual has their own personal belief, and they use those beliefs as they choose. In today’s society there is a broad range of lifestyles more then their ever was before. Do you use your money wisely, or do you use it frivolously. In older times there was not much of a choice. Fashion is very important to some people, while to others they wear what they can find at a cheap price or simply something that will keep them warm. Do you have the life style of the rich and famous, or do you have a moderate lifestyle that really shows. Do you try to live off the earth or do you live in a big city and use whatever is convenient. What foods do you eat, and is there a reason for that choice? What about your religion? Most people’s lifestyles are shaped by the religions that they believe in. Sometimes our lifestyles are not chosen by us, but by science. Do you suffer from a condition that shapes your life the way it wants to, or did you have a choice in the matter. Each person’s lifestyle is unique; there are no two lifestyles that are exactly the same. While they may look similar on the outside, once you dive deeper they are completely different. You may not agree with someone else’s lifestyle, but if everyone’s was the same would it be considered a lifestyle at all?

If you're a meat and potatoes lover, make sure you choose leaner cuts of meat or even fish or chicken. Cook with less oil and add smaller amounts of butter or margarine as you prepare your meals. Lastly, cut back on sugary foods that make no real nutritional contribution to your diet.
